Why Strength Training?
Strength Training is one of the most important things we can do for our bodies. Often people think the primary goal of strength training is to grow large muscles, but in reality, it is so much more than that. Strength training builds confidence, increases joint strength, protects against injuries, increases bone density, boosts mental health, improves self-image, protects against chronic illnesses, and even slows the aging process! Beyond that, it raises your basal metabolic rate and helps you burn body fat; as your strength increases, it helps with all daily activities; and finally, yes you can build a muscular physique if you choose; But, in all reality, that is the least of all the reasons to strength train.

In-Person Coaching
In-person sessions are available in my private studio or @MyGymHoeselt. You will receive top-tier strength coaching from a Trainer with diploma in Personal Training and Coaching, years of experience in the fitness industry, and a highly successful strength athlete. I am here to help you reach your goals!
